Ingredients
- 170 gram Rice Grains
- 350 gram Water
- 2 gram Salt
- 945 gram Milk
- 100 gram Tulip Dark Compound Chocolate (chopped)
Methods
- Boil the rice grains, water, and salt in medium heat.
- Simmer covered until the water has been absorbed.
- Add in the milk and chopped Tulip Dark Compound Chocolate to the pot uncovered, stir it frequently.
- The pudding is done when it’s thick like a porridge consistency and it’s soft enough to chew, if you’re overcooked it, it’s will be solid instead of creamy.
- Put in the ramekin
- Bake in the oven 160 for 12 minutes.
Matcha Kunafa
- 40 gram Kunafa (baked/toasted)
- 20 gram Tulip Easy Glaze Matcha
Methods
- Melt the Tulip Easy Glaze Matcha for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Mix well with the baked/toasted kunafa.
Assembly:
- Take the chocolate rice pudding out of the oven.
- Put the matcha kunafa on top of the chocolate rice pudding.
- Enjoy it while it’s still warm, for the best combination of creaminess and crunchiness.
