  • 4 large eggs

How to Make Chocolate Choux Pastry

Before we begin the cooking process, you need to preheat the oven to 400°F/204°C. After that, let’s make the chocolate choux through this tutorial:

  1. Prepare a small bowl, then sift the flour and cocoa powder together, set aside.
  2. Prepare a saucepan, place the salt, water, sugar, and butter on it. Heat the saucepan in medium heat until it is boiled, make sure to stir it occasionally.
  3. After boiling, take off the heat and add the cocoa powder also all-purpose flour, mix it well.

  9. After you are done with the choux dough, bake it for about 5 minutes. After that, reduce the heat to 375°F/190°C for another 20 minutes.
