Ingredients:
- 250 grams Butter
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 2 Egg yolks
- 40 grams All-purpose flour
- 1 gram Vanilla
- 95 grams Powdered sugar
Instructions:
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract and mix.
- Add the all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.
Cardamom Chocolate Filling:
- 7 grams Cardamom extract
- 100 grams Oil
- 500 grams Cardamom
- 50 grams Tulip Chocolate Paste
Instructions:
- Heat the oil and add the crushed cardamom, soak the oil for about 20 minutes then strain.
Assembly:
- Roll out the dough to 2 mm thickness and cut into rounds.
- Add the cardamom chocolate filling and close.
- Place the dough on baking paper and bake at 165°C for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of powdered sugar.
- You can also add a pinch of salt to the dough to enhance the flavor.
- If you don't have cardamom extract, you can use 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- Be careful not to overbake the cookies, as they will become dry and crumbly.
